Taking into account what we are putting through our characters this season I guess we will
I found this article interesting, as it treats the topics of post trauma.
I think that being infected with Hyde 232 can be diagnosed as a 'traumatic experience' and dealing with the character's own actions while infected could be termed as 'post traumaumatic'.
Read it and give me your opinion :D. I'm already thinking about how to deal with Alessa's traumatic experience :? .
Effects of Traumatic Experiences
Enjoy.

Will we need a psychotherapist for our PCs next mid-season?
Heh I think I could have done with this at the begining of the season since I think I've pretty much put Kate and Galen through practically ALL of those symptoms at some point this season since killing off Emma :?
* Depression - I think I can safely say both Kate and Galen have been depressed. * Despair and Hopelessness - Kate recently lamented on the hopelessness of trying to fight all the time.
* Rejecting Important Beliefs - Kate rejected her faith in the Gods
* Agressive behaviour towards oneself or others - Heh, Galen knocking out a work collegue at Emma's funeral comes to mind.
* Self-blame, guilt and shame - Again, both blamed themselves because they couldn't do anything to change events.
* Problems in relationships - Do I need to elaborate on this one? :?
* Feeling detactched or disconnected from others - Kate and Galen both felt that no one really understood what they were going through.
* Arguments and fights with others - Another that I don't think I need to elaborate on lol.
* Social isolation - Galen distanced himself from his friends and Kate after Emma's death.
* Feeling permanently damaged - I think I had Kate mention on several occassions that she felt broken inside.
* Problems with Self-esteem - Kate had a small breakdown one afternoon where she completely ripped herself to pieces labelling herself as 'stupid and ugly' for reasons why Galen had rejected her.
* Physcial health problems - Kate stopped eating and generally taking care of her health.
* Alcohol and drug abuse - Ok, maybe not ABUSE but Kate turned to drink, Galen started smoking again.
Bloody hell, no wonder I've been so miserable this season :? :? :?
