I'd just like to make a point at this stage about the 'evil entity' that has manifested in the basement of Poplar Avenue.
Tempting though it may be to decide that somehow your character has some knowledge of this thing or can find out about it via research, just remember that it hasn't been a presence on the Earth for about a million years.... There ARE no records. Of any kind.
I thought I'd mention this now before people got carried away with plotlines involving the entity that would turn out to be inappropriate.
I tried to make a point within my last post about Matthias. He's probably one of the most psychically sensitive beings we've come across in the game - and he barely sensed anything. It was so faint he dismissed it. And he was standing right on top of where it lived while it was awake. Just in case anyone missed the point...
