Ok... I've already managed to get Heather and Robin hooked. In a nutshell, a neopet is an online pet. Imagine those god-awful tamagotchis, only a million times better. You not only have to feed them and play with them, you also get to do a million other things. These include:
- Browse through the different species of pets you can have and create one to suit your taste.
- Earning money (called neopoints!) to buy your pets stuff by playing a multitude of puzzles / action games / casino games online.
- Setting up your own neoshop, once again to earn points to buy your pets' necessities.
- Explore Faerieland, the Lost Desert, the Haunted Woods, Mystery Island, Terror Mountain and other parts of Neopia for special items, activities, games, shops and characters!
- Equip your pet with weapons and spells and challenge other neopets / neopet owners to fight in the Battledome!
- Train your pet, get it a job, go on a quest, participate in an auction etc etc etc... I could go on and on, the list is practically endless!
I've already set up a guild for LABN neopet owners! Heather and Robin have already been added. If you wanna join as well, send me a PM with your Neopet user ID as soon as you've signed up. dunno how many of u are aware of the fact that u can change ur neopet's or petpet's colours and looks by painting them with special paint brushes. remember the "baby" versions of ur pets that u saw on the guild page?
anyway... i've managed to compile a "list" of how ur individual pets can look like after being painted... gonna post them in seperate posts, hopefully they don't take too long to load!

actually your pets don't really die. It just says dying until you feed them. I found my old account from two years ago. That pet still survived.
