History: The nephew of Admiral Ybriss of the Star Destroyer Judicator, he got this postition even though he wasn't well qualified nor well tempered to maintaining peace.
he has a lot of ideas (usually involving terror, fear, or force) that would certainly up the production of ore from Vorgrell, but would alienate the populace as well. He is constantly running up agasint Cmdr. Harkness's philosophy of "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" and "Work within the system" and such conservative nonsense.
Akula knows that he could run this planet hundreds of times more efficiently in the service of the Emporer if he was only given a free hand.
Items: Standard issue. He does have a sniper rifle that he uses to target beggers in the streets from the mountains above Plateau City...but he never shoots them.
Abilites:: Torture, Hate, and cruelty are this boy's stock in trade. he has no outstanding skills other than those he was trained to have.
