Maybe it's time for a new forum to be created
where inactive or locked posts can be placed

Actually I had planned to do that, but had not gotten to it as of yet. I'll be moving out old posts to the ARCHIVE forum. Only the admins will have access to the posts for editing and such, but registered members can still read the topics there (if you need to look something up).

How about a forum that we can give suggestions/comments to each people of their story or character?

Well, Andrew, we really already have one. The forum Game Discussion - General (this forum that we're in right now) could very easily be used for just such a purpose.
If there's something game-related that you wish to discuss, whether it be about plot or about particular aspects of an npc or pc, simply use this forum to start a new topic to do just that. :)
In fact, this thread really should have been started in Non-Game Discussion - General, since it's about the birthing of new forums as opposed to anything actually game-related. (Sorry, Greg.... but I had to point that out for the benefit of the newbies....)
