I guess I should actually know this but since I haven't really been keeping up with the game recently I thought I'd just ask.
Is the Hyperion Hotel currently occupied/owned? If not would anybody have any objections if Marcus acquired it for his L.A. base of operations?

Hyperion Hotel
Ohhh, necromancer + creepy old hotel :P
Hyperion Hotel
John and I have plans for the Hyperion, actually. Can't say what just yet, but it is spoken for. The beginnings of that sub-plot are already on the board.
Sorry, Robin, You will need to find somewhere else.
(and in a private conversation we've discussed alternatives. I'll leave it to you to post them here).
Hyperion Hotel
Well that killed that idea. However the alternative is equally good.
The Wolfram and Hart building was destroyed and I'm going to presume has been lying empty ever since. Unless someone has some strenuous objections I'll be buying that instead.
Hyperion Hotel
Well since I assume prime real estate in the middle of LA wouldent be abbandoned long id suggest saying that they just finished rebuilding/fix the Wolfram and Hart and it just hit the market again.
Hyperion Hotel
Actually, given the history of the Wolfram & Hart building, we surmised it's been empty all this time because they couldn't offload it to anyone. The senior partners have ensured that all their little 'extras' have been cleared out but any time anyone showed an interest in buying the burnt-out shell, as soon as they inspected the place they got all creeped out and decided against it. So the 'For Sale' sign out the front is looking rather tattered, showing its age...
At least, that's the scenario we mulled over. Robin may decide to go a different way when it comes time to write about it, of course. :)
