DESCRIPTION:
Danny Lassiter is a tall, rugged cowboy type. He has dark blonde hair, blue eyes, and usually wears faded denim and that sort of thing. He is very tan and handsome in that “Marlboro Man” kind of way.

BACKGROUND:
Danny Lassiter was born in Las Vegas, the oldest son of a teacher and a police officer. His father was killed in the line of duty by an assailant when Danny was in high school. Danny’s father was drained of all his blood by the ‘sicko’ who killed him. Danny was disturbed and obsessed with the nature of his father’s death.
Danny spent three years after he graduated scouring the country in a beat up pick up truck, learning everything he could about the seedy underside of the country that offered refuge to dark and dangerous creatures that were not entirely human.
Danny learned about magic, demons, vampires, and all manner of other things that “go bump in the night.” He learned where they came from, what they could do, and, most importantly, what their weaknesses were.
Danny’s life changed when a wealthy man named Walter Lang came to him and offered to hire Danny to get rid of a nest of Verlin demons that had taken up residents in an abandoned warehouse which Lang owned. Danny thought the money was good, but the chance to test himself was better, so he accepted. That job went well enough that Lang hired him again…and again…but he also started telling his friends about Danny Lassiter. Before Danny realized what was happening, he had become a much sought after bounty hunter in the underworld.
Danny Lassiter is a laconic, thoughtful man. He takes his time in making decisions, and it is this careful attention to detail that makes him so dangerous. Lassiter is not an ‘agent of evil’ but he has a deep, abiding hatred towards the supernatural. He works for those who can afford him, and he rarely asks too many questions. He will not take on any case he considers to be ‘wrong.’

Danny Lassiter is proficient with a number of weapons and fighting styles.

Danny carries around whatever gear may be necessary to get his job done. He drives a late model Dodge Ram with a covered bed. Under the cover, he has set up a sophisticated holding cell for his bounties.
