DESCRIPTION:
Alicia Wyldling is an attractive woman in her late 30’s. She has dark hair and dark eyes. Her face is lean and somewhat severe, but she is very lovely on the rare occasions that she smiles. She dresses in a prim and proper manner, always wearing knee length skirts or sensibly cut pants. She never wears anything flashy. Most often her long, straight hair is caught up in a bun. Alicia seems to the outward eye to be very uptight and disapproving of most of the people she knows in L.A.

BACKGROUND:
Alicia has lived an austere, serious life. She was recruited into the Watchers' Council when she was just 14 years old. She lived a sheltered life up to that point in her family’s ancestral home, a drafty, old manor house in the English countryside. From a young age, Alicia poured herself into the dusty books and journals which lined the house’s huge library. She liked to read the diary’s especially. They were family books, most often written by Wyldling’s who had had a touch of the seer in them. Alicia could untwist their twisted prose and understand when and where foretold events would take place. This ability did not go unnoticed by the people around her. Particularly by the woman who raised the young girl, her Aunt Elaina.
Elaina Wyldling is the acknowledged head of the Wyldling family. She is a mysterious woman, somewhat cold, who was forced to take Alicia in when her parents were tragically killed. Alicia was only four at the time. She has very little memory of the man and woman who brought her into the world, and she has had little contact with the other members of the Wyldling clan. Alicia’s closest relative is her Aunt Elaina. Because of this, Alicia is very reserved. She has had little affection in her life. Alicia is a very lonely person, but she would never admit it.
Alicia was sent to L.A. to run The Bibliophile and keep an eye on the operatives coming to town, as well as to aid anyone passing through. She is exceptionally well organized and efficient. The shop has always run like a well oiled machine under her guidance. However, she was recently recalled to England under mysterious circumstances. While she was gone, Amanda Blaise was given control of the shop, and upon Alicia’s return she saw no reason to change things. Although she still loves the little bookshop, she is no longer managing it. She has other important tasks to see to, not the least of which is Ms. Blaise herself.
Alicia is now in possession of an amulet, the Arthach Anam Iomai. This object contains the souls of Amanda’s family and Alicia has been charged with the task of passing it onto the right person. The fate of the world may be at stake. Now, Alicia holds the pendant and awaits the Bearer being revealed to her. In the meantime, she is keeping a close eye on Daye and not liking what she sees.

Alicia is currently carrying a pendant which consists of a large, smoky white gem which seems to swirl with mystical energies. It hangs on a heavy chain.
