I found a place that does one-off printing and even has an online store system to handle the money. Very nifty.
I went ahead and made a design for mugs. I am more than willing to let anyone send me designs to be put in the store. There is a 50 item limit so I will remove items from the store to make room for others if it becomes neccessary.
you can reach it here...a link will be put on the quick links menu on each of the pages soon (probably today)

I am selling these items AT COST through this store. There is one downside...they don't do dark colored t-shirts. It has to do with the printing process they use. If there are specific products you'd like to see, let me know, they have a huge selection of things they print on.
here is the list of stuff they have...

I have been doing my homework on them and they have an excellent reputation and get plenty of raves from the folks using their service. This seemed to be the easiest and most economical solution to the LABN t-shirts and stuff.
When designing images for merchandise think big...they print 1200 dpi on mugs and things and 300 dpi on t-shirts. A 10" square image on a t-shirt would be a 3000 pixels x 3000 pixels image. They take JPG or PNG format. If you do JPG use the lowest compression.
Any Questions?
