Blue Security's product Blue Frog really really really works. I have seen a dramatic reduction in my spam flow...I have gone from HUNDREDS a day to dozens a day after about a month of using this. Blue Security is really getting under the Spammers' skin. They are trying to take them out and it isn't working. They are thrying to hurt their subscribers, but the Blue Frog product is bouncing back everything coming at them. It is wonderous to see something rattle these fuckers for once. Laws, regulations, guidelines, filtering, etc doesn't bother them. This does. That's why I want you to all spread the word. Get you parents, grandparents, and kids on this. Make those Spammers rue the day!

Aw, hell!

Blue security has closed shop. In their statement today they say:

"Our community would very much like us to continue on the fight against spam, and our community has grown over the last week," [Blue Security CEO Eran] Reshef said. "But at the end of the day if we continue doing so, within a few days, major websites will go down. I don't feel that this is something I can be responsible for. I cannot go ahead and rip up the internet to make Blue Security work. This is not the decision a commercial entity can make."

I would pay good money to be part of this fight. I feel that this is like the (so-called) "War on Terror" and we are the US Forces. I feel like a company that is dedicated to bettering the Internet (like Google, Symantec, McAfee, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo!, Amazon, Adobe, Apache Foundation, Sun, IBM and there are likely a dozen or more others) would grab this company and turn it right back on.

I'd pay. So would others.

IT SUCKS THAT THE ASSHOLES WIN!!
