the most beautiful of Hollywood stars in terms of physical appearance. A
stunning smile, piercing gaze, and athletic build have made Sebastian the desire
of many – and the envy of others…

Attitude:One word describes Sebastian perfectly – narcissist. Self-serving,
conniving, and manipulative, Drake will stop at nothing to attain his goals and
he feels no remorse for the dreams and aspirations of others he crushes on his
way to personal success. The condescending elitist is obsessed with controlling
his surroundings and has little patience for incompetents. However, this is not
to say that Sebastian is void of any human empathy; if someone amuses or
interests Sebastian, he can be the most charming and friendly of individuals.
His New York upbringing and Parisian accent have bestowed him with great
sophistication - and snobbery.
Lifestyle: Sebastian Drake has expensive tastes. While he does technically live
in a ritzy down-town two floor condo, he does spend most of his time at his
night club – “La Perle De La Nuit.” Expensive cars, meals, drugs, and clothes
are all typical “Sebastian” hobbies.
Costume: Stylish suits are Drakes prefered attire; but his gold and ivory cane
sets Sebastian appart.
Special Effects: When Sebastian experiences intense positive emotions - like
love or excitment - his eyes twinkle and almost become Luminous. This side
effect of his mutant power invokes nothing more then the curiosity of nearby
onlookers.
history: Born in Paris, Sebastian lived a sheltered and aristocratic childhood.
Frequent trips to foreign countries, music and art lessons, private tutors, and
weekend getaways at private country clubs ensured that Sebastian would adopt a
taste for sophistication and a firm knowledge of everything “civilized.” In his
younger years however, Drake was far from handsome – indeed, his appearance made
him the favorite target of many bullies; from here grew Sebastian’s obsession
with attaining and possessing beauty – in all shapes. The isolation from his
peers as a result of his significant physical handicap however allowed Sebastian
to bury himself in the academic world, resulting in his noticeable success in
school.

As a result, Sebastian was awarded a full scholarship at the age of ten into an
elite, private high school. It was around this time that Sebastian began to
notice a remarkable change in his physical appearance; within months, Drake
blossomed into a remarkably attractive young boy. From then on, Drake’s
appearance shifted with his age to ensure that he was among the most beautiful
individuals. It was at the same time that Sebastian noticed his newfound
affinity to feel others’ emotions – and indeed influence them. Initially
frightened by this newfound ability, the boy quickly realized its potential
applications and immediately sought ways to apply it to better his life.

So by Age eighteen, after charming and seducing many top agents, Sebastian had
already been on the cover of countless magazines and amassed a sizable fortune.
His wit, charm, and powers ensured Sebastian that few would ever want to stand
in his way and most would want to aid him in any way possible.

When Sebastian turned 21, he opened his own nightclub – La Perle De La Nuit
(description of club to follow). While on the surface it would appear that the
club caters to the typical young, fashionable dancing crowd, the higher –
private – floors is where the real purpose of the club comes into play. Here,
Sebastian entertains and elite crowd of mutant and superhuman businessmen. Drake
is thus easily able to manipulate the lives and decisions of the most
influential men and woman in (to be announced city), providing him with untold influence
and power.

However, as of late, Sebastian’s club has been receiving less and less V.I.P
clients. This is obviously because recently, another charming and witty
individual, Louis LeBlanc, has opened his own nightclub - “The Midnight Star” –
which caters to the exact same crowd. Now bitter rivals, Sebastian and Louis
have entered into an intense competition for the monopoly over the nightlife
scene of (To be announced city), and both have vowed that this war shall not be over until
one is an utter and total failure.

Powers:
1.Enhanced physical appearance
2.The ability to create Illusions. For example, Louis could create and control
an illusion of an ordinary human male or female, and have individuals believe
they are talking to a normal person. He could also, form example, have a room
full of people believe that they are trapped in a room on fire. Thus, Louis is
able to use is skills to deceive, please, or misguide individuals.

However, his power only goes so far. Louis would never be able to make people
believe that, for example, the sky was on fire and raining ash. Indeed, he would
have to concentrate incredible hard to have an individual believe that his whole
surroundings had been changed. Thus, typically, Louis alters an individuals
surrounding with a few powerful but contained illusions.

Limits: The farther Louis is from his illusions the harder it is for him to
create them and the weaker the illusions are. Also, the more complex the
illusion is, the more fatiguing it is for him to perform. For example, for Louis
to create an illusion across the city, he would perhaps be able to create a
telephone, note, or small animal for a few minutes. Most importantly however, if
someone is aware that Louis is confusing them with an illusion, it becomes much
more difficult for Louis to be successful in maniuplating that individual's
perception of reality.

Stunt: There are to many applications for this power to list the stunts that
Louis can perform, but as mentioned above, the limits of his powers defines the
stunts he can perform.

Why is this person your enemy?:
Louis LeBlanc is Sebastian Drake's ennemy because he is his competition. Louis
is beligerently and relentlessly trying to drive Sebastian out of business - and
even restorting to assassination attempts.

Background: Louis LeBlanc owns his own nightclub and is the leader of a small
band of mutants known as "The Jesters of the Night." Drug trafficking and
smuggling operations forms most of kingpins "professional" occupation. Lately,
his interestes and ambitions have grrown, and only by having a stronger hold on
Indigos prominent business men can he succed.

Power Two: Ability to feel others’ emotions
Applications: can alter his own behavior to best suit the situation at hand and
allows Sebastian to have a greater understanding of an individuals motives.
Limits: Sebastian must be within 15 meters of the individual or be able to see
the person in order to be able to apply this ability.

Power Three (main power): The ability to alter another’s emotions.
Applications: Sebastian is most competent at invoking feelings of desire and
attraction towards him in others. This allows him to easily manipulate or seduce
individuals. Drake is secondly most successful at invoking fear, doubt, or pity
in an individual, allowing him to escape dangerous situations. Finally,
Sebastian is equally competent at invoking all the other human emotions in
people.
Limits: Sebastian must be within 15 meters or be able to see the individual in
order to manipulate their emotions. While he is able to charm someone for days
or even weeks, all other emotions are short lived, usually no more then 5
minutes, unless he continuously concentrates on invoking the emotion. Also, if
the individual is aware that Sebastian is attempting to alter their emotions, it
becomes much more difficult for Sebastian to do so.

He also carries often with him a gold and ivory walking cane. Apart from being
original and attractive, the can can shoot darts from the end that knock people
out cold for one hour.

I'm 19-years-old, I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and I am heading off to
university next year. Currently I work as a receptionist at an outdoor recycle
facility (its actually a very nice job lol).

I'm very interested in fashion, and I work out regularly (one hour a day about).
I love to hang out with friends, surf the web, and play on-line rpg games like
Everquest and Shadowbane.

I also love to listen to techno and pop music, and I frequantly go out to night
clubs (sometimes I even work as a podium dancer in one :P).
