In writing my character profiles I stumbled across a couple of resources that I found particularly helpful.

Star Wars Club Stats - if you're looking for stats on a particular vehicle/starship/weapon there are plenty here on his rpg site.

SW Technical Database - another site with plenty of stats that are pretty easy to access.

Huttese Dictionary - an easy to use huttese-english dictionary comprising 920 words.

Found a couple of sites whereon one can play very good approximations of Sabacc:

Casino Sabacc is a purely online affair with an option to download its software.

and

Sabacc!! is just a downloadable program.

I saw you guys had a link to Hero Machine in the FL forums. I just happened to stumble across a Star Wars version at the Hasbro site of all places. It isn't quite as in-depth as Hero Machine, but it's a fun little time-waster ;)
