There are two kinds of Galleries.
Your Avatar Gallery is accessed through your profile. Down here the picture is you will see a button that says "Show Gallery". If you click that you will see a couple of pictures and a drop-down menu with a bunch of names on it. Choose the name of your character and pick an avatar to appear with your name.
Note, this doesn't make you that character, it only shows a picture of that character. These pictures come from you. If you want an avatar gallery, then create a folder full of 128pixel x 128 pixel picures and zip it up into a single file and email it to admin@latenightgames.com. I'll put it up as soon as I can.
A Character Gallery is also created by you, but it is your job to take care of setting it up. It starts at the "Album" link up next to the "FAQ" link at the top of the page. There may be a small picture of a head next to it.
When you open that, you are in the "Album" of the board. You will see a list of created albums and links to "Users Personal Galleries" and "Your Personal Gallery". You can view other people's personal gallery from the other link..yours is pretty obvious.
Upload all the pictures you want to appear. Sorry there is a limit. It is pretty big though, but don't go too nuts. Pick one of the pictures and name it "background" (lower case is good). Whatever you put in the description of this picture will appear on the page with your gallery in the site at
(http: // latenightgames.com/labynight/gallery/{your_character's gallery}/index.php).
For NPCs you can ask and I'll happily create an album for that NPC. Then you (and anyone else) can upload all the pix (within reason) to that album. I'll create a page for it too.
