Under the book posts at the bottom you'll see a link for "Printer-friendly" version. That shows you just the post without menus or extra bits. It shows that post and all the child posts.
This means that if you choose the First page of the Book and click Printer-Friendly you get an e-reader friendly version you could read in your Kindle, eReader or Nook (or ipad, iPhone or android if you go that way).
It is sometimes easier to read it that way.

I read the new book topics
I read the new book topics this morning on my Kindle for the first time. It was awesome!! Thanks so much for the tip Dave, this just brightened my whole day!
