Is Iago classy enough to hang with us?
I was tempted to put this in the rejected pile, but didn't. The "I have no memory of my past" part is a cop out that eliminates the need to have a background.
But he didn't start the character now with amnesia he set it five years ago. The character now has a life, and a job, and a few mysteries about his past. I am curious if he has done any digging into who he was (dental records, fingerprints, criminal background checks, DNA tests).
Iago is a cool name too.
Ben Affleck is an unused actor in LABN so I figured over all, he deserves a serious consideration.

descript: Iago stands at six foot three inches tall. He is a strong man with an iron will. Having no memory of his life prior to waking up in LA one cold rainy night Iago is haunted by thoughts and dreams of what his life was like.
Iago, now assuming that he is nearing his mid thirties, is a successful private detective hoping to expand his business into the dark world of LA.
history: Iago found himself lying naked in the rain on the cold streets of LA almost five years ago. Everything before that moment in his life is a mystery to him.
In the years following Iago slowly discovered himself as he is now. He grew to realise that he has a skill in finding the truth from people and analysing situations in an almost sherlock holmes manner. Realising the economic potential of these traits Iago set about creating a small business for himself in the private hire detective business.

powers: More a skill than a power Iago can tell a lie from the truth with any human almost instantly.
Iago also has a pre-emptive knowledge of when someone is going to attack him, coming in the form an image in his head just seconds before it actually happens he is often able to avoid being struck by most human oppents.
