Okay, lets get the teasing over with first of all  Typical Shaun! Not even two pages into the first movie and he's changing characters! Hmph, like, that's sooooo typical Shaun! :P
Joking aside, (yeah, right) this looks like a good character (spoiled debutante? @ Ally) but with enough angst and layers to make Derex rather complex too. I can see how he will fit in with the other PC's aswell - I like it.
Oh, and James Marsden? :P @ Shaun - you HAVE to get over this JM obsession!

I would say more of the Superman obessession ;)
On a more constructive note,
Shaun, you already know my thoughts, but for the benefit of everybody else I much prefer this revised version. I really like the 'relic hunter' concept (although I imagine he'd call it something else) and suggest you play up that a little more.

I'll be honest: I'm not entirley sure Zara needs to be given up at this point. There's still a number of things that you can do with her, especially considering some of our PCs and NPCs running around. She has slightly less freedom to act, yes, but think about the things which you could do. That and, Zara really doesn't have to be in the spotlight so much.
Think of Zara like the Emperor in Episodes IV and V. We can imagine that there is an Emperor; he gets mentioned in passing, and shows up for give minuets in the next one. He's directing the Empire. The Emperor is firmly in everyone's minds and consciouness as the man at the head of the Empire, but at the same time, he's hardly around a lot until Episode VI.
It's entirely possible for you to be more or less active with her, and forge enough connections with the PCs to make things interesting. Consider:
-Major Zod Severus as one of the premier contacts in the Empire
-Arica could be manipulated ;)
-Daell can have Zayen hung over her head
Those are just ideas off the top of my head.
And having heard some of your thoughts, and seen your writting, I think that she could live up to it.

Thanks for the confidence Adam, but honestly, I feel like she would be better as an NPC. Another issue is that with me playing her, she can never become too powerful, where as an NPC she has freedom to grow way beyond anything i could bring her to as a PC. Also, I think in the long run, i wouldnt be great playing a villain (unless the villain is more greyish like Loki is in LABN) and I think im better off with someone more on the light side.
