While this isn't specifically related to Triad, it certainly got some creative juices flowing :D
The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is putting on a two-night show called the Star Wars Concert at Roy Thompson Hall. Conducted by Erich Kunzel, the orchestra performs selected music from the six films while the story of the entire Star Wars saga is narrated by Anthony Daniels. I was lucky enough to get really good seats for the premiere performance last night (not cheap, lemme tell ya -- I paid $80 a pop for the tickets!) and WOW was it phenomenal. I've always loved the music, but hearing it played live is a whole different experience.
The second performance is tonight at 8 PM and from what I hear, there are still a handful of second-balcony seats available. If you're in the Toronto area, I highly recommend going. Also, Kunzel and Daniels will be doing the same show in Cincinnatti in, I think, two weeks' time.
Oh yeah, there were memebers of the 501st Legion "standing gaurd" in the lobby ;)
